3. CNG Installation Services: Upon booking our CNG installation services, you agree to our stated prices, timelines, and service conditions.
SureChemAutos guarantees the quality of the installation; however, the warranty on installed components may be subject to specific manufacturer terms.
All installation services must be paid in full before the work begins, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4. Product Purchases (CNG Kits and Tools): We offer a range of CNG kits and tools for purchase. All products are sold as-is with detailed product descriptions.
SureChemAutos is not liable for any damage or issues caused by improper installation if done by an unqualified individual or without our supervision.
Payments must be completed via the methods provided (credit card, Paystack, etc.). All transactions are processed securely.
5. Training Programs:SureChemAutos offers CNG installation training for individuals and mechanics. Upon registering for the program, payment must be made in full before training begins.
Access to digital training materials is granted upon confirmation of payment.
Training course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:
For services: Cancellations made 24 hours before a scheduled installation or consultation may be refunded, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
For products: Defective products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Training cancellations made before the course starts are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
