REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing our CNG Installation and Toolkit Services at Surechem Autos Spares Nigeria Limited. We appreciate your trust in our products and services, and we are committed to delivering a seamless experience to you.
1. Cancellation of Services: Customers have the right to cancel their service orders within [24] hours of placing the order.
Refunds for canceled services will be processed promptly with a service charged fee of 25%.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not Rendered: If the CNG installation service has not been initiated, a full refund will be issued.
- Defective Products: If any product received is found to be defective or damaged, a refund or replacement will be offered.
- Service Unavailability: In the event that we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process: Customers seeking a refund must contact our customer support team at info@surechemautos.com within 24 days of the service order or product delivery.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within [5] business days upon approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include:
- Digital Products such as our training materials: Once downloaded or accessed.
- Training Courses: Once started or accessed.
5. Training Courses: For training courses, there will be no refund once been accessed.
6. Mechanic Training Programs: For mechanic training programs, there will be no refund once payment has been made for your training.
7. Modifications to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy periodically.
