Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover any incurred expenses.
2. Return of CNG Installation Kit: Our CNG installation kits are quality-tested to meet industry standards. If you receive a defective or damaged kit, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery.
Provide clear images or videos showing the issue to expedite the resolution process.
We may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
3. Return of Training Courses: Training courses are non-refundable once accessed or started. Ensure that you are committed to the training before making a purchase.
If there are technical issues preventing access to the course, contact our support team for assistance.
4. Return Process for Products: If you need to return a product other than a CNG installation kit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
